Renowned violinist, Xi Chen ( 陳曦), winner of the 12th International Tchaikovsky Competiton, and the Winners of the 2017 United States International Music Competition will present the Winners’ Concerts on Aug. 19, 2017 at the First United Methodist Church of Palo Alto.
